As a Member, you may purchase Posters, Photographic Prints, and other Items that are listed by other Members on the Site. When you purchase an item through the Site and Services, you are purchasing the work from the Lucie Foundation and not from the Member identified on the listing for such work. Prices for Posters and Photographs will be as specified on the applicable listing. You acknowledge that prices do not include shipping and handling charges or applicable Taxes (defined below), if any, for which you are responsible and which will be separately identified on your receipt. The Lucie Foundation and/or its third party service providers will collect your billing and shipping information and process your payment. You acknowledge that prices do not include shipping and handling charges or applicable Taxes (defined below), if any, for which you are responsible and that will be separately identified on your receipt. When you purchase Printed Works through the Site and Services, Saatchi Art and its third party service providers will collect your billing and shipping information, process your payment and ship the Printed Works directly to you.
The Lucie Foundation reserves the right to cancel any order for a Lucie Editions Poster or other Photographic Print placed via the Site and Services if the Lucie Foundation determines, in its sole discretion, that the item is mispriced, out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable at the price listed via the Site and Services. If the Lucie Foundation cancels an order placed via the Site and Services, the Lucie Foundation will send you an email confirmation of such cancellation and you will not be charged for your order.
The Lucie Foundation is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our photography and Lucie Editions collectors! That’s why once you’ve receive a Lucie Editions poster or open edition print, we’ll give you seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund. You may return any eligible artwork, provided that it is returned to the artist in its original condition and packaging.

For detailed information on how to return an item as well as the specific return policies for each, please see the following prodecures:
Step 1 – Please call 310-776-6331 between the hours of (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Monday through Saturday) or email firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date.
Step 2 – On the return portion of the packing slip, indicate the return reason from the options provided.
Step 3 – Repackage the print, making sure to include:
- Your order number and contact information
- The return portion of your original packing slip
- Address the package to: Lucie Foundation, 550 N. Larchmont Blvd, Suite 100, Los Angeles, CA 90004, Attn: Lucie Edition Returns
Step 4 – Ship your return package using a traceable shipping method and email the shipping details (including tracking number) to email@example.com.
The Lucie Foundation is not responsible for undelivered returns. The Lucie Foundation will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.
All prices, commissions, fees and other amounts referred to in these Terms, including any prices, commissions and fees set forth on the Site, are stated in U.S. dollars and do not include any sales, use, value added (“VAT“), goods and services (“GST“) or similar taxes or withholding taxes or any customs, duties or tariffs that may be assessed by any governmental tax authority or that are otherwise payable under applicable law with respect to the purchase, sale and licensing transactions contemplated hereunder (collectively, “Taxes“).
If you are a purchaser of Lucie Editions Posters and/or Printed Works, you acknowledge that the Lucie Foundation will add Taxes to the amounts charged, as a separate charge, when required or when allowed to do so. Each party will be responsible for complying with any and all obligations imposed on it under applicable law with respect to the collection and payment of any Taxes. Each party will cooperate with the other party, and furnish the other party with any customary written documentation or forms required under applicable law to enable the other party to comply with such obligations or to exercise any rights available under applicable law to minimize or to qualify for an exemption from any such obligations.
We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to the Site and Services (“Feedback“). You may submit Feedback by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You acknowledge and agree that all Feedback will be the sole and exclusive property of the Lucie Foundation and you hereby irrevocably assign to the Lucie Foundation and agree to irrevocably assign to the Lucie Foundation all of your right, title and interest in and to all Feedback, including without limitation all worldwide patent rights, copyright rights, trade secret rights, and other proprietary or intellectual property rights therein.
